RYT-200 (yogaalliance.org) Thanks for taking the time to read! I grew up in rural NJ, and now make my home and yoga practice in the suburbs of a major East Coast city. By day, I'm a middle school teacher, by night I am mom/wife to the 3 most important guys in my life! They are very supportive of my interest in yoga, and one of these days, I'll get my husband to practice, too!
